Our Founders
Jamie Grimshaw
Director
Jamie is the ultimate professional. He is obsessed with perfection and everything he does is delivered with precision. Jamie has over 15 years in real estate experience including over 10 years in Dubai real estate and knows the market better than anyone else. Having helped thousands of people buy property across the world you couldn’t be in safer hands than dealing with Jamie. He is down to earth, approachable and always has his door open for anyone to walk in. In the couple of hours a day Jamie isn’t working, he is sports mad and a fitness fanatic. The only thing holding Jamie back? His dodgy knee!
Cameron Burns
Director
Introducing Cameron, the classic British gentleman. With over 7 years of involvement in the property market both in the UK and the UAE, Cameron’s knowledge and experience enable him to always find the right investment for his clients. He has successfully helped investors from around the world build high-yielding property portfolios. Being Manchester-born, if Cameron isn’t working you’ll usually find him playing football or watching his beloved Manchester United, whilst enjoying a sweet treat.
Ross O'Shea
Director
Introducing Ross who has been involved in property for over 7 years. Ross is formally of the British Military, meaning he is super organized and his attention to detail is incredible! His suit is always neatly pressed, his shoes are always shining and he’s always on time. A natural-born leader Ross was destined to start his own business and loves to inspire everyone around him and help them achieve their goals. His approachable nature means he’s always available and if you don’t catch Ross working hard, he’ll be working out!

Senior Sales Advisor
Vicky brings girl power to the office. She is a go getter and when she sets her mind on something she will make it happen. This and her determination to achieve, is why you’re in safe hands dealing with Vicky, you can rest assured she will represent you in the best way possible. Her positivity is infectious, she brings good vibes to work and has quite the competitive edge. Vicky is from Scotland and loves Celtic FC!
Thomas
Sales Advisor
Thomas is the undisputed king of Park Island in Dubai Marina. Originally from Liverpool—though he’ll tell you Ormskirk, just to keep things classy—Thomas has made a name for himself through hard work, consistency, and a genuine care for the people he works with. He’s the kind of agent who always puts others first, building trust and long-lasting relationships with ease. A regular in the gym and a walking advert for Gymshark (seriously, they should put him on the payroll), Thomas balances his work ethic with a dedication to fitness. Clients love him, colleagues respect him, and Park Island? Well, that’s just his kingdom.
Nathan
Sales Advisor
Nathan swapped the snowy slopes for the sand and skyline of Dubai—and he hasn’t looked back since. Originally from London, he brings the same discipline and drive that made him a ski instructor into his real estate career. A true all-rounder when it comes to fitness, Nathan juggles golf, Hyrox, the gym, and most recently attempted wakeboarding—though he said it felt more like being in a boxing match than a watersport. Whether or not that one sticks is still up for debate. He’s also the only person we know with a maid just for his dogs—yes, really. An Arsenal fan (nobody’s perfect), Nathan is sharp, motivated, and always brings good energy to the team.
Diane

Diane hails from the stunning countryside of Cumbria, UK—but it’s Al Furjan that truly has her heart. After starting her real estate journey in Dubai Marina, she’s become so synonymous with her area that she’s now known simply as “Al Furjan Diane” — and what a name it is. With unmatched passion for the community and a deep knowledge of the market, Diane has become the go-to agent for buyers and sellers alike. Her bubbly personality and genuine nature make her instantly likeable, and her work ethic speaks for itself—often being the last one in the office, still going strong. If there’s one person who lives and breathes Al Furjan, it’s Diane.

Bridget is the undeniable queen of Al Furjan. Originally from London, she brings her sharp professionalism and genuine warmth to one of Dubai’s most in-demand communities. Known for her consistency and client-first approach, she’s quickly become the agent people trust to get things right.
When she’s not sealing deals, you’ll find her in the gym-dedicated, focused, and always pushing for better. Colleagues admire her, clients rely on her, and Al Furjan? That’s her territory, and she owns it with effortless confidence.
Ken
Senior Administrator
There is only one way to describe Ken, his unmatched work ethic. Ken has years of experience in so many different fields but ultimately no one can out work him. Ken has completed tasks before even told to start them and regularly helps out with duties not even in his responsibility without being asked. He is the major cog in the wheel and without him the machine stops working. When Ken is out of the office he enjoys breaks to different cities and camping.
Caitlin
Receptionist / Social Media Manager
Caitlin is the first face you see when you walk through the door and the creative mind behind our social media presence. Hailing from the north of England—though her accent keeps everyone guessing—Caitlin brings energy, organisation, and a serious glow to the team (undeniably the best tan in the office). Outside of work, you’ll find her doing what she does best: soaking up the sun, enjoying great food, and sipping on cocktails. Bubbly, hard-working, and always on top of things, Caitlin keeps the front of house running smoothly while making sure our socials look just as sharp.
Bon
Head Videographer
Bon is the undisputed king of content. Originally from the Philippines, now living in Dubai with his wife and their new baby, Bon is the creative force behind some of the best videos we’ve ever seen. Quiet in nature but powerful in output, his work speaks volumes—consistently delivering high-quality, engaging content that elevates everything we do. Whether it’s behind the camera, in the editing suite, or coming up with the next big idea, Bon’s eye for detail and creativity is second to none. A true professional, a hard worker, and an essential part of the team—Bon lets the results do the talking.
